Great read! I entered college in 1978 to earn my journalism degree. Unlike many of my classmates, it wasn't because of Watergate (oh, so many wanted to be the next Woodward & Bernstein). It was because I was bit by the 'play-by-play' bug. I was going to be the next Dick Enberg. Yep, got the BA, started working radio...then news/talk, etc. I recently started a part-time gig for iHeartMedia (WLW, Cincy & Regional News). Much has changed. Much has changed.
