I am one on the 'tail end' of the Boomer generation. Born in 1960 I vaguely remember some history pre-1967 but not much. I remember my brother, 9-years older, graduating from HS in '68 & watching the draft lottery. Luckily, his number wasn't picked. I remember MLK, Jr. & RFK being assassinated. Much was fuzzy in memory, but when I turned 18 started (and continue) to delve into 60s history. Your article adds to that. Thank you.
